Booking Conditions

Reservation(s) are arranged for you direct with the Pousada group or Hotels under their terms and conditions:

• Prices on this site are supplied by the Pousada group or Hotel – No booking fees are charged;
• Guests are eligible for promotions at the time of reservation or check-in;
• Valid credit card details are required to guarantee reservations and you pay the Pousada(s) and Hotel(s) in full on departure;
• Pre payment may be required for occasional promotions or special periods;
• Your personal details, email address, credit card details etc will only be given to the Pousada Group or Hotel;
• Your credit card will be debited in the case of a ‘no show’ or late cancellation;
• The cancellation policy is that of the Pousada group or Hotel:
• No charge for cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to arrival;
• Less than 48 hours prior to arrival – first night;
• New Year – the whole stay may be charged if cancelled less than 7 days before arrival;
• Special promotions may have different cancellation policies.
