The Best Available Rate is subject to change on a daily basis (sometimes several times per day) depending on the availability of the Pousada.

On some particular seasons and Pousadas the Golden Age rate discount can reach 50% off the rack rate.
 

- Extra bed:
  Children under 3: free
  From 3 to 12 years old: 15% of the room rate
  Adults: 30% of the room rate

- Superior rooms: 20% supplement on the room rate.
- Special rooms and Suites: 35% supplement on the room rate.
- Special Suites: 50% supplement on the room rate.

• This promotion is available to guests aged 55 years or over.
• This promotion should be requested when making a reservation.
• On arrival guests must present proof showing that they are eligible for the promotion.
• This promotion is restricted to a limited number of rooms and certain periods.
• This promotion cannot be used with other promotions or special conditions
• Promotions are subject to change without prior notice
• Golden Age rates have a 15% discount off the Best Available Rate and 10% discount on Food and Beverages.
• This promotion is available from 1 November 2009 to 31 October 2010.

More than 48 hours - No charge
Less than 48 hours - 1st night will be charged

No shows - the entire stay will be charged
