Just make sure to get a room with a vieuw on the lake, because the rooms at the backside are not quiet at all. There is a continues noise from the airo and other machines, which is quite annoying in this place that seems so far from the rest of the world. Beautiful surrouding and a very nice pousada. The reception personnel were very nice and supported. Two comments - one dinner the fish served was (refrigerator) cold in the middle. The other thing - which is the reason for us never to return - is the lack of Internet access. It is not enough to be offered to use the computer in the reception (which we never did). This place would be ideal to start a holiday to relax and wind down, just wasn't good for us, however I wanted to comment on the staff who could not have been more helpful and understanding toward us.They rebooked us at Sagres without a fuss. No rebooking fee or made to feel bad. We were very pleased with the service we got.
