The resturant staff were excellent. I had the feeling that there were not so many guests and that the reception staff were a bit bored . However it was a good place to stay for the start of my holiday in the Azores although expensive. maybe an idea to introduce better packages especially for the over 60,s as we seem to be the group travelleling a lot.
