Pousada in Angra do Heroismo – Hotel Forte Sao Sebastiao
The Pousada de Angra do Heroismo, Forte Sao Sebastao, is located within a 16th century Fortress and known as 
the Castelinho (little castle) of Sao Sebastao, which was constructed by demand of El-Rei D. Sebastiao, whose name was given to it.
The castle is surrounded by high walls, parts of which are well preserved ruins in nowadays. It still preserves the most characteristic elements and, not a long time ago, used to fly the Portuguese flag.
This historic design hotel is situated in the historic centre of Angra do Heroísmo, classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO since 1983.
